Rita Kong - Acting Chief Financial Officer​

Rita joined Outblaze in May 2000, bringing years of extensive financial and management experience to the firm. As a member of the executive management team, Rita is responsible for cost, strategic development, and financial management of Outblaze.

Prior to Outblaze, Rita was employed by Grant Thornton, an international CPA firm, for over four years in the Business Services Division, where she developed extensive skills and experience in accounting and business management. She built a portfolio with a broad range of various types of clients, and specialized in assisting start-up businesses in different fields for international clients in a wide range of industries including pharmaceutics, fashion, software electronic components, and medical equipment.

Rita has a successful track record in overseeing finance operations and establishing accounting systems and policies. For one year she played central, strategic, and operational roles at Changchun of China, integrating financial results on various projects of one foreign owned Joint Venture in China.

Rita holds a degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting and Japanese Studies from the University of New South Wales. She is also a CPA in Australia.
